ABOUT AMERICANS FOR IVF

A Bipartisan Plan to Expand IVF Coverage.

“No family should have to choose between having a child and paying the bills.”
The HOPE with Fertility Services Act is a bipartisan bill that would help more families get insurance coverage for IVF and fertility treatment. We’re working with physicians, patients and lawmakers from both parties to help it become law.

WITH FERTILITY SERVICES ACT

HELP IT BECOME LAW

What the Bill Does

DIAGNOSED INFERTILITY

Covers Diagnosed Infertility

Would require insurance coverage for IVF and fertility treatment for individuals and couples diagnosed with infertility, helping more families access the care they need.

UNEXPLAINED INFERTILITY

Covers Unexplained Infertility

Would include coverage for IVF and fertility treatment for individuals and couples with unexplained infertility, recognizing that many families face real challenges even without a specific diagnosis.

IATROGENIC INFERTILITY

Covers Treatment-Caused Infertility

Would provide coverage for IVF and fertility treatment for individuals whose infertility is caused by a prior medical treatment, such as cancer care, helping to protect future family-building options.

PUBLIC HEALTH

Addresses a Growing Need

Would help address the growing need for fertility care as more Americans face infertility, expanding access and supporting healthier families and stronger communities.
