Composed of leading fertility specialists, healthcare policy influencers, legal advisors, and passionate advocates, our Advisory Board plays a pivotal role in shaping our organization's strategic initiatives. AIVF Advisory Board Chair

Dr. Kaylen Silverberg, M.D., has devoted his life to advancing the field of reproductive medicine through research, leadership, advocacy and best-practice clinical care. He is the medical director and managing partner of Texas Fertility Center’s practices in Austin, San Antonio and New Braunfels, Texas, and has raised the standard of IVF care through his collaboration with Ovation® Fertility Austin and other Ovation IVF laboratories and partner physicians.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Dr. Silverberg earned his undergraduate degree in molecular biology and business administration from Vanderbilt University. Then attended medical school at the Baylor College of Medicine. As a reproductive endocrinologist, Dr. Silverberg works with women and men to diagnose and treat infertility using both basic and advanced treatments.

Dr. Scott Chudnoff is Chair of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Maimonides Medical Center.

Dr. Scott Chudnoff is Chair of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Maimonides Medical Center. Prior to joining Maimonides, Dr. Chudnoff was the Chair of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Stamford Health in Stamford CT. Previously, he served as the Director of Gynecology at Montefiore Medical Center and is also a clinical professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Columbia University Irving College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City.

Dr. Chudnoff is a Brooklyn native and received his BA in Biology at Yeshiva University, his MD in Medicine at Rutgers Medical School and his Masters of Clinical Science at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Dr. Chudnoff is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and an active member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists; American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists; Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics; American Society for Reproductive Medicine; and the Society of Reproductive Surgeons.

Dr Grazi is the Founder of GENESIS Fertility & Reproductive Medicine, one of the top practices and fertility clinics in the New York City metropolitan area. Genesis fertility is dedicated to the treatment of reproductive disorders.; Dr. Grazi is also the Director of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology at Maimonides Medical Center.

A fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American College of Surgeons and the Society of Reproductive Surgeons, Dr. Richard Grazi has published and lectured extensively on clinical and ethical issues related to reproductive medicine. He has been repeatedly named by New York Magazine as one of the Best Doctors in the New York Metropolitan Area for over two decades; and the Castle Connolly Medical Guide has recognized Dr. Grazi repeatedly as one of America’s Top Doctors.

Rory, a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, brings nearly 25 years of experience in political organizing, campaign management, non-profit advocacy, and legislative affairs to Americans for IVF. He gained national recognition as Western Iowa Director for Barack Obama’s 2007 presidential primary campaign , held senior positions with the Democratic Senate Campaign Committee, and served as Deputy Chief of Staff to Senator Heidi Heitkamp.

Rory's innovative strategies have been instrumental in creating and managing influential non-profit organizations. He co-founded the Washington Bus to engage young voters, directed voter protection efforts at Priorities USA, and more recently served as Chief of Staff at With Honor Action. Where during the 2022 election cycle, he and his team supported bipartisan veteran candidates nationwide, advanced legislation vital to national security, veterans, military families, and bipartisan collaboration, achieving over 50 legislative victories in the 117th Congress.

His career is dedicated to achieving results through creative advocacy, direct political engagement with elected officials, and grassroots organizing.

Andrea Bozek is a seasoned political operative with over a decade of experience in public affairs at national, state, and local levels.

Andrea Bozek is a seasoned political operative with over a decade of experience in public affairs at national, state, and local levels. Her unique personal experience as a Mom of two beautiful children born through IVF led Andrea to join as National Spokeswoman for Americans for IVF.

Andrea was the first to serve as Communications Director for both the House and Senate campaign arms of the United States Congress, specializing in crisis communications, media training, public affairs, and government relations. Andrea's notable roles include Communications Director at the National Republican Senatorial Committee during the 2016 cycle, where she acted as the primary spokeswoman for national media and led public relations strategies for Senate campaigns. She successfully crafted a messaging strategy that turned incumbency into a positive aspect in a challenging political environment.

Andrea has worked on several high-profile campaigns, including John McCain's presidential campaign, and has extensive experience in developing communication strategies on legislative issues. She also served as an Account Supervisor at Edelman Public Relations, working on internal communications for Pfizer Consumer Healthcare and grassroots media outreach for the American Public Health Association. Andrea is a graduate of John Carroll University, serves on the Family Advisory Council at Oishei Children’s Hospital, and is a board member of the Field and Fork Network. She resides in South Carolina with her husband and their two children ages 5 and 2.

AIVF Chairman and President, Rabbi Moshe Margaretten is an American humanitarian advocate, and the founder and president of the Tzedek Association. He is known for his significant contributions to prison reform, international humanitarian aid efforts, and advocacy for in vitro fertilization (IVF) access and treatment. Rabbi Margaretten studied at Yeshiva Chernobyl in Bnei Brak, Israel, and has dedicated his career to various philanthropic and social justice causes.

Margaretten’s career has been dedicated to humanitarian advocacy. He founded the Tzedek Association, a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing international humanitarian needs and advocating for social justice issues in the United States, where he currently serves as President. Under his leadership, the Tzedek Association has been instrumental in championing significant legislative reforms, including criminal justice reforms, leading a broad coalition to pass the First Step Act, which established incentivized recidivism reduction programs, job training, and educational programs in every Bureau of Prisons facility across the United States. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Tzedek Association, under Rabbi Margaretten’s leadership successfully worked to pass a provision in the Cares Act that helped elderly and sick federal inmates, allowing for early release to home-confinement for nonviolent individuals vulnerable to Covid based on CDC guidelines. Additionally, the Tzedek Association assisted New York hospitals in obtaining critical medical equipment that was in short supply.

Rabbi Margaretten has received several accolades for his humanitarian efforts. In October 2021, Congressman Don Bacon (R-NE) praised him on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives for his efforts in saving high-risk individuals in Afghanistan. In 2022, he was awarded the Medal of Valor by the Simon Wiesenthal Center for his humanitarian work in Afghanistan. He was also recognized at the Jewish Heritage Celebration in Congress for his contributions to humanitarian efforts in Afghanistan and Ukraine.

Dr. Jacqueline Guterman, MD, PhD, FACOG, is Director of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Premium Health Center in New York City. Since the opening of the OB/GYN department at Premium Health, Dr. Guterman has developed a thriving practice from the ground up, treating women from adolescence through menopause.

A New York native, Dr. Guterman received her BS in Biochemistry from CUNY College of Staten Island and her MD, PhD degree at SUNY Upstate Medical School. After completing her residency in Obstetrics/Gynecology at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center Dr. Guterman moved back to New York and joined a Northwell Health Physician Partners practice in Staten Island.

As a proud mother to miracle IVF babies Dr. Guterman understands the pain, grief and financial burden associated with an infertility diagnosis on a personal level. As an OB/GYN she also encounters the struggles that women with infertility face on a professional level. With that, she recognizes the tremendous impact equitable access to IVF treatments can have on a woman’s physical and mental health and how it should be considered a basic healthcare need.
